How it works
Three ways, and you pick whichever already fits. A podcast feed is the easy win: most churches already have one, it carries just the sermon, and we can read it the moment an episode posts. A YouTube channel works. A synced folder from your soundboard works too. We set that up with you.
Board audio transcribes far better than a phone in a room, and a sermon-only feed beats a 65 minute service stream: better pages, and an archive job costs less. If all you have is YouTube, start there; we will meet you where you are.

Word for word, with timings kept. A 45 minute message is usually done inside a few minutes of the file landing. Every line is filed by the minute it was said, which is what makes the whole archive searchable later.

A recap that follows the preacher's actual line of thought. A title. A description. Every passage. Social copy. All of it from the recording, none of it invented.

Automatically, or after somebody on staff reads it. Your call, and you can change it any week.

Everything below is pulled live from the pages we run for Tribe in Jackson Hole. It is what their most recent messages generated, shown as it stands right now.

A computer is writing down what your preacher said, and then summarising it. Summarising means deciding what mattered most, so we will not pretend there is no judgement in it. What we do promise is the source: nothing comes from outside the recording. No other teaching, no commentary, and no passage your preacher did not use. Every page says the recording is the record, and you can require a person to approve every one before it goes live.
Then start there, it still works. But if that phone can take a feed off the board instead of a room mic, the transcript gets dramatically better and it costs nothing. We will tell you exactly how.
That is the normal case, and it does not stop you. Your recaps get their own pages at your own address without anyone touching your existing site. If you later want them on your main site, that is one line to paste.
If audio exists, they can be run through too. Ask us, because a large archive is worth planning rather than starting on a Sunday night.
You do. Transcripts, recaps, all of it. If you leave, you take it with you.
