If something stops working, that is ours to fix and you will never see a bill for it. If you move where your sermons live, or you would rather hand us the file each week, just ask and we will quote it before we start.
The archive work is the paid piece. The weekly service that follows it is free for twelve months.
Archive Rescue starts at $750: we go back through the sermons you already have online and give every one of them a real title, a recap and a scripture index. Then everything from this Sunday forward is free for a year. No card for the weekly service, no contract, no setup fee.
Start here
Your old sermons are already online. Nobody can find them.
Most church YouTube channels have years of messages titled "8-4-24" with nothing in the description. Search engines have nothing to read, so those videos never come up, and neither does your church.
$250
Archive Audit, credited against the job
Then $7 a sermon, or $11 if the audio has to come out of the video files. 50 sermons or $750 minimum, whichever is larger.
Start with an auditWhy an audit first. We count what is actually there, check how much of it still has usable audio, write five of the titles for real so you can see them, and give you a fixed price. Credited in full if you go ahead.
Nobody can quote an archive they have not looked at. Some churches have every message sitting in a podcast feed. Some have five years of video and no audio file anywhere. The audit tells you which one you are before either of us commits to a number, and you keep the five sample titles either way.
A church with 200 old messages is looking at about 33 hours of somebody watching videos to write titles for them. That is why it never gets done. We do it once, properly, and then it is done.
Not a feature list. The question is who does the work on Monday.
| Every week | Doing it yourself | Recap Sunday |
|---|---|---|
| Get the recording where the tool can read it | Somebody on staff | Automatic |
| Produce the title, recap and study guide | Somebody on staff | Done |
| Read it over before it goes out | Somebody on staff | Optional |
| Build the page it lives on | Somebody on staff | Done |
| Publish it to your website | Somebody on staff | Done |
| Monday workload | Still there | Gone |
Good software will write you a recap. Somebody at the church still has to fetch the file, run it, read it, build a page and put it up, every week, for as long as you keep preaching. That is the job we are removing, and it is the only column that matters in the long run.
Optional, and separate
Churches come to us wanting the whole site off their plate, not just the sermons. The volunteer who built it has gone, the service times are two years out of date, and nobody left knows the login. We run all of it.
$2,990/year
or $299 a month plus a one-time $900 build
The build happens in month one whether you stay or not, so paying for the year covers it and paying monthly does not. Two ways to the same place: $2,990 up front, or $900 now and $299 a month.
Content changes are unlimited. New pages, new sections and design work are quoted first. Whatever we built for you, we keep working. That part is never billed.
Click around a sample one: Cedar Bend Chapel. Everything on it, the pages, the events, the message library, maintains itself from Sunday's recording.
If a package is not the shape of your church
Not a template. A site built around your church, start to finish. Some churches do not fit a layout. A school attached to the church, two campuses, a camp, forty years of photographs nobody has ever put anywhere. We design around what you actually have.
It runs on the same monthly website service once it is built. The quote covers the design and the build, and it is fixed before anyone starts.
A real person reads it and comes back with a fixed number, usually the same day.
The questions churches ask us first are written out plainly: whether you have to rebuild your website, whether we need your YouTube password, who owns the transcripts, and what happens if you stop.
