Short on purpose. If you want this in a form your board can sign, email hello@recapsunday.com and we will send one.

We transcribe the sermons you point us at, write a recap, a title, a description and a scripture list for each one, and publish them to pages on a web address you control. We do this every week for as long as you are a customer.
You own your sermons, your recordings, and everything we write from them. The transcripts and recaps are yours. If you leave, you take them with you, and we will export them in a form you can use.
We own the software. The pages your recaps sit on are ours to run and improve.
The monthly price is on the pricing page and it does not change without thirty days notice to you in writing. There is no setup fee and no contract length. Cancel whenever you like and you are billed to the end of the month you are in, not beyond it.
Archive Rescue is quoted before any work starts and the price on the quote is the price. The audit fee is credited in full against the job.
We promise the recap reflects what was actually said. The transcript is the source, and nothing gets invented. Where a recap and the recording disagree, the recording is the record.
We do not promise perfect transcription. Automatic transcription makes mistakes, especially with names and places. You can edit anything before it publishes, and you can leave every recap on review-first so nothing goes live until a person has read it.
We do not promise search rankings. Anybody who does is lying to you. We promise the pages are built so a search engine can read them, which is the part that is actually in our control.
You can stop at any time by telling us. We can stop serving a church that uses this to publish something unlawful, and that is the only reason we would. Either way you get your transcripts and recaps out.
Email hello@recapsunday.com before you sign anything you are unsure about.
