Getting started

Signing in to your church's admin Your admin lives on your own church address, not on ours.
Getting your old sermons onto your site Your back catalogue is a separate one-time job, and it is the fastest way to fill a site.

Every Sunday

When your Sunday message appears Usually by Monday morning, and here is what has to happen first.
Fixing something a recap got wrong You can edit any recap yourself, and your words are kept.
Reading a recap before it goes live Turn on review and nothing publishes until somebody there says so.
Prayer requests that come in from your site They email whoever you choose, and they are listed in your admin.

Your site

Changing your service times Service times show in several places, and they all read from one setting.
Changing a staff photo or adding someone to the team Send us the photo and the name, and we place it.
Whether the full transcript shows on your site It is on by default because it is most of what makes you findable, and you can turn it off.

Your account

Giving someone else access Invite them from your admin and pick what they can do.
Moving where your sermons come from Changing channels or feeds is fine, just tell us before you do it.

Billing

Who owns the recaps and transcripts Your church does. If you leave, you take them with you.
What is included and what costs extra If it breaks, that is ours. If you change something, we quote it first.
