When somebody reading a sermon asks for prayer, it emails your church straight away and appears in your admin under Prayer.
Each one shows what they were reading when they asked, which is often the most useful part.
Mark one handled once somebody has reached out, so the rest of your team can see it has been picked up.
Tell us who should get these emails. By default it goes to whoever manages the account, which is not always the right person.
