The walkthrough

From the day you say yes to the fourth Sunday.

Every step, with the real timings. The column on the right is what somebody at the church has to do, and it says nothing five times out of six. That is the product.

The day you say yes

You send us one link

Your YouTube channel, your podcast feed, or a Dropbox folder. Whichever one your sermons already go to. That is the whole setup.

We build your pages and your address that day. If you want us to run the whole website there is more to it, and it starts with a punchlist we send you.

What you doSend one link and tell us what your church is called. About ten minutes.

The first Sunday

Nobody does anything different

Your service is recorded and posted the way it always is. Nobody at the church uploads anything to us, logs into anything, or remembers anything.

We are watching the place your sermons already go. When the recording appears, usually within the hour, we pick it up.

What you doNothing. Run your Sunday.

Sunday afternoon

It gets written up

The message is transcribed word for word, then written up: a real title, a recap in the language of the message, a description, every passage indexed, topics, discussion questions and a Spanish version.

On a seventy-minute service that whole run takes under an hour and costs us about eighty cents. We mention the cost because churches ask, and because it is the reason there is no per-minute charge.

What you doNothing.

Monday morning

You read it, or you do not

New churches start on review, so it waits for somebody there to look before it goes live. It sits at the top of your admin so nobody has to hunt for it.

You can change anything, and once you have edited something your version is kept. If you would rather it just published, there is a switch.

What you doFive minutes, if you want them. Most churches read the first month and then stop.

By Monday, usually

It is on your website

A page for the message on your own address, with the video, the recap, the passages and the transcript. The scripture index and the topic pages update themselves.

The series page builds as you preach the series. Nobody assembles it.

What you doNothing.

The fourth Sunday

You stop thinking about it

This is the honest measure of whether it worked. By the fourth week the church has a month of properly titled, written-up, findable messages and nobody has had a single Monday job because of it.

That is the entire product. Everything else on this site is a consequence of it.

What you doNothing, still.

See one that already happened

First Denton had never spoken to us. We took their August 30 service through exactly the steps above and built the page, to find out whether it holds up on a church we have no relationship with.

The page that came out The rest of the proof

Start with your own channel.

The free check reads what is public and shows you what a search engine sees. It is the first thing we do for every church, before anybody has agreed to anything.
