You know you have preached on this. You do not know when, and you are not going to scroll a YouTube channel while he is sitting there.
You type it into your own site. It comes back with the times you have taught on it, the passages you used, and what you actually said. Not a list of links to go watch. The words.
It is the same search box a visitor uses. You are just the one who needs it most.

Preaching drifts. Not dishonestly, just slowly, and the only person who can catch it is you, and you have no way to look. The sermons are all there on video, which is the same as them being nowhere.
Written up and indexed, they read. You can go back to what you taught on suffering in 2016 and see it in front of you in a couple of minutes, and decide whether that is still where you stand.
Some of it will hold up. Some of it will make you wince. Both of those are worth knowing before somebody in your congregation finds it first.

Most churches answer this from memory, which means they answer it wrong. Everybody overestimates the topics they care about and forgets the ones they have quietly not touched.
Because every message is indexed by passage and topic, the real answer is countable: which books you have preached through, which subjects come up constantly, and which ones have not been mentioned in three years.
We built exactly this by hand for Tribe in September. It took a day and it changed what they scheduled next. The same thing falls out of the archive on its own once the messages are written up.

They remember the story and not the point, or the point and not the passage. The recording is an hour and they have twenty minutes.
The written recap is there with the passages listed, and so are discussion questions built from what was actually said, which is what a small group leader needs and almost never has.
Nobody has to ask you for it and nobody has to make it.

It reads like a careful person wrote up the sermon. It does not read like your pastor sat down and wrote an essay, and it is not trying to. Anyone promising you the second thing is selling you something else.
It also cannot find what was never recorded. If the audio is gone, it is gone, and we will tell you that rather than quietly skipping it.
